Can I be found to have been partially at fault for my catastrophic injury?

In Kentucky, a jury is required to determine the faults of all parties. Kentucky is what is known as a “comparative fault” state, meaning that a jury can allocate fault to any party they deem either caused the accident or is responsible for the accident. It is our job as experienced trial attorneys to ensure that a jury does not allocate or put some percentage of fault on you.

Kurt was very helpful, caring, and understood the struggle we had. He was diligent and worked fast to make sure our case was handled quick, fairly and properly. He settled my case above my expectations and has continued to stay in contact to make sure all needs were met.

Amy

I know Kurt to be a man of integrity with an uncanny sense and knowledge of the law and it's workings. I enthusiastically, without hesitation recommend Kurt and would call upon him again.
