Very few times does it occur where you can see some type of scar or some type of trauma to the head. Normally it is just an accident that happens and an injury that happens that you cannot see. It makes it very difficult not only for the person who has suffered the injury, but also their family who has to deal with the very significant mood swings of their family member.
