Are there parties other than the at-fault driver against whom I can take legal action in a Kentucky auto accident case?
After your auto accident case, there may be one or more parties that you have a claim against. The first may be the driver who caused the accident, however there could be third parties who've done something to also contribute to causing the accident. A perfect example is when there is a defect in either the vehicle that the at-fault party is driving or in your own vehicle. That defect could have been there as a result of an auto manufacturer's negligence. In that particular case, you would have a third party case against the auto manufacturer in addition to your case against the at-fault driver.
