Do I have to go to court if I want to recover monetary damages in my Kentucky auto accident case?

You do not necessarily have to go to court to recover damages if you've been injured in an automobile accident. An experienced attorney will know how to try to settle the case on your behalf so that you don't go to court. If you don't feel like the insurance company is being fair with you then it should be your decision whether or not you accept the settlement that's been offered or you tell your attorney to take the case to court and have a jury decide.
