How long do I have to bring my Kentucky case against a person who was driving under the influence?
Kentucky car accidents are governed by the Kentucky Motor Vehicle Reparations Act. Under the MVRA you have two years from the date of the last PIP payment to bring your personal injury suit based on a car accident. Drunk driving cases are covered by the same statute of limitations as other car accidents.
