How long do you have to seek medical treatment to be able to qualify for pip benefits?
There is no time limitation on the amount of time that you can recover pip benefits. When pip benefits are for medical bills, which is most often the case, all medical bills for your medical treatment that are reasonable and necessary for treatment of the injuries sustained in the motor vehicle accident are to be paid. That could be for a short period of time after your wreck or that could be for a long period of time. As long as they are related, they have to be paid under your pip coverage.
