What are the limits on the ability to collect under an uninsured motorist provision in Kentucky?
When you purchased your auto insurance, if you purchased uninsured motorist coverage you've been paying a premium for that coverage ever since that dime. If you're involved in an accident and the other driver has no insurance then you may make a claim under your own uninsured motorist coverage. The amount that you can recover is identified by the amount of the insurance that you purchased.
