What types of damages can be sought in a Kentucky defective product case?
In a Kentucky defective product case, we ask for a number of damages. We are able to get the medical bills, both past and future, on behalf of our client. We also ask for the income that was lost in the past, also the income that will be lost in the future, in addition to the pain and suffering. If it involves a wrongful death claim, in addition to the damage that I just mentioned, we also are entitled to get the funeral bills and medical bills on behalf of our deceased client.
