How long do I have to file a Kentucky vehicle rollover case?

If you have a case against the automobile manufacturer for your vehicle's rollover, you have one year from the date of the accident to file a suit. Now, if anyone injured in the accident is a minor that is under the age of 18, their one year time period does not begin running until they turn 18 years of age.
