In addition to attorney's fees, may there be other expenses involved in pursuing a Kentucky claim?

Like all law suits, there are expenses that are incurred by the firm in addition to the attorney's fee. For example, we have to file the lawsuit which requires a following fee. We also will incur cost in taking depositions and hiring expert witnesses. Like our attorney's fee that is a contingency fee are expenses that are also making a recovery. If we make no recovery on your behalf, then there will be no seeking reimbursement of the case expenses that were incurred on behalf of the client.
